/ The Studio

We ship slowly. That is the point.

Info-Commerce is a small Android studio. We measure success by how often someone opens the app on day thirty, not by how many people downloaded it on day one.

Knowing what to leave out is the craft.

Every feature we cut made the ones that remained better. Android deserves software built around decisions, not defaults.

How we work

One problem solved well.

Each app starts with a single use case we can defend without slides. We build until it holds up under daily use, then we stop adding.

Retention is the only metric that earns a feature a second life. Install counts do not.

See what deliberate looks like.
